Programme description

Clerking in a trust or independent school sector setting and interested in working as a governance professional in a maintained school or federation but not sure what to expect?

Broken down into eight key topics this module provides the bridge to working effectively in this new setting from the start. Using a mix of film contributions from experienced practitioners, practical activities and immersive consolidation tasks, you will develop a sound understanding of the rules, practices and governance environment you can expect to find on day one. The module also includes useful templates and links to further resources to help you hit the ground running.
