Programme description

Clerking in a maintained school or trust setting and want to step into working at the local governance tier level in a multi academy trust, but not sure what to expect?

Broken down into seven key topics this module provides the bridge to clerking in this new setting. Using a mix of film contributions from experienced practitioners, practical activities and immersive consolidation tasks, you will develop a sound understanding of the rules, practices and governance environment you can expect to find on day one. The module also includes useful templates and links to further resources to help you hit the ground running.
