Programme description

This module is aimed at governance professionals who want to develop their career by working at trust board level in an academy trust.

Broken down into eight key topics, it provides the orientation to help you work effectively with single or multi academy trust boards from the start. You will develop a sound understanding of the rules, practices and governance environment you can expect to find on day one. The module uses a mix of film contributions from experienced practitioners, practical activities, and immersive consolidation tasks. It also includes useful templates and links to further resources.
