Programme description

Chairing a school or academy trust can be an exciting and hugely rewarding challenge but it may feel a little overwhelming at first. The Taking the Chair conversations is a collection of expert insights into chairing designed to help both those who are new to chairing as well as those with more experience looking to build their leadership expertise in particular areas. Whatever your circumstances the module will help you understand your responsibilities and how to lead your board in the right way.
